Shipping policy

Every Little Lane Prints canvas and framed print is printed to order by our specialist print partner, then carefully packed and sent straight to you.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Orders outside the UK are printed locally in that region wherever possible, so they arrive faster and without import charges.

How long it takes

Printing: your print is usually produced within a few working days of your order.
UK delivery: usually 3–5 working days after dispatch.
International delivery: usually 5–10 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination.

These times are estimates, and busy periods such as the run-up to Christmas can add a few days. If you need a print by a particular date, please get in touch before ordering.

Delivery charges

Delivery is calculated at checkout based on what you order and where it's going. You'll always see the full delivery cost before you pay.

Tracking

Every order is sent with tracking. We'll email you the tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Packaging

Your print arrives in plain, protective packaging with no invoices or prices inside, which makes it ideal for sending straight to someone as a gift.

Made to order

Every item is printed to order just for you, so it is not covered by the 14-day change-of-mind cancellation period. Please see our Return and refund policy for full details.

Damaged in transit?

If anything arrives damaged, please email us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damage, the inner packaging and the barcode label, and we will send a free replacement or give you a full refund. Please don't send the item back unless we ask you to.
